My personal and intentional spiritual Journey Began in 2017. This spark for change came from hitting “rock bottom”. This is the time I realized something had to change and I started to consciously reflect and heal parts of my past and present. My intention was to work through my life's traumatic experiences in a natural healing way. Through my curiosity to expand and release some deep trauma, I was determined to learn more about how I can let go and become the BEST version of myself.
